Catering Menus

In the Thai language, “Kaonom,” “Chaonom,” or “Khaonom” are derived from the word “Khanom” which means dessert. Khanom is one of the most popular street foods in Thailand.

We use only the best and traditional ingredients we can find. Most of our ingredients are either hand-grown or imported from Thailand. This gives our desserts the same flavor you would find on the streets of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, or any other Thai city.

Naalumon’s has two distinct desserts:

Khanom Krok

This is a special coconut pudding which contains rice flour, coconut milk, chives, and a pinch of sugar. This dessert is cooked over a gas burner until the liquid is soft on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside.

Khanom Bah-Bin

A small pancake of taro, coconut flakes, sweet rice flower, and brown sugar. This dessert is fried in vegetable oil until it is a golden brown crisp on the outside, and soft and sticky on the inside. Naalumon’s can also make Khaaw Neow Ma-Muang (Mango with Sticky Rice) and other popular Thai dessert dishes.

Please contact us with your preferences and a price quote.
